01. Contact me to get started
Let’s learn about each other and see if New Lore is the right fit for your project. I offer both a Discovery Call option or a digital questionairre option for fellow introverts. Either is fine.
02. The Proposal
I will prepare and send a digital proposal for your project for you to approve.
03. Deposit and Project Launch
If you approve the project and pay the 60% deposit, we can begin our work together. I will send you a list of required resources I will need (such as any branding if it exists, photos, etc.).

We design every website from scratch, through great design and custom code, giving you a completely custom website that is unlike anything else. We ensure that you have the number of pages that best correspond to your business, in addition to a custom landing page (for sales, lead magnets, etc.)
Our Design Process:
01. Create and present 3-4 design direction options for client to choose from, which will set the look and feel of the new website.
02. Populate the website with original written content, photography, and graphics with an emphasis on improving SEO as well as storytelling.
03. Finish off with a meeting where we teach you how to use your new website, so you are empowered to update it as needed. We also ensure that everything is working correctly (especially if we’re switching hosting platforms or domains) so we can achieve a seamless launch.

01. Decide visual direction with mood boards
After a meeting, I will design 3-4 potential visual directions for the website that tie into your brand’s mission, archetypes, and voice.
02. Design work begins
Once a direction has been decided, I begin designing. I check in with client throughout for feedback and revisions as needed until its perfect.
03. Client tutorial and launch checklist
We end the project with a virtual walk-through of the website, the back-end, how to edit and update as needed so you’re always in control of your own website and then launch!

How long does a new website take?
We take about 4 weeks from start date, but it depends largely on whether the client is efficient with providing content we need (such as images) or when providing feedback/approvals.
Can I get a website done in less time?
If you have an emergency launch and need a faster turn-around time, please contact us for availability. We should be able to rush a website in under a week but it will incur an additional 20% fee.
What do I need to provide?
While we are happy to write the content and source images as necessary, we will need a master album of images from you (of portfolio work, portraits, etc.) and written documents with outlines of services or very technical sections that require expert knowledge on. With those elements we can fill in the blanks and rewrite content as necessary to change the tone.
what is your refund or cancellation policy?
Each service will have its own policies, so please make sure to see the page for the individual product and, if in doubt, check with our Terms of Service Page
Who handles domains and hosting?
We can connect your domain for you, but you will need to purchase your domain. Squarespace offers domains so you can purchase domains and hosting from a single website for convenience. We will assist you as necessary.
