Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

 

FOR VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS

  • You may only cancel your service BEFORE we begin the workshop. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the work has begun.
  • A no-show on the scheduled and confirmed meeting will mean forfeiting on your payment. No refunds will be provided to no-showing to the call without prior warning.
  • If you need to reschedule simply let me know prior to the scheduled call time and we can find a new meeting time.
  • If you have questions about the scope of the project please reach out to me prior to scheduling. I do my best to outline what is included but I will not offer a refund if there is a misunderstanding on the deliverables.
  • The methodology discussed during the workshop is proprietary and copyrighted to New Lore Co. While certain aspects of your presentation are custom-written for your brand and may be used in social media, no part of the methodology itself may be reproduced, sold, or claimed as original.

 

FOR OTHER DIGITAL PRODUCTS

 

No refunds will be offered for digital products at all.

FOR VIRTUAL SERVICES

  • You may only cancel your service BEFORE we begin the work. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the work has begun.
  • Any cancellation of service after work has begun will forfeit the deposit in full.
  • No changes to project scope will be allowed after the acceptance of the proposal — additional work will incur an additional proposal and invoice.
  • If we, New Lore Co., needs to cancel your service at any point you will be refunded your investment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel our contract with a client at our discretion. 
  • While we strive for your complete satisfaction, clients will only be allowed to request a maximum of 3 revisions to work. After that, a client must finish paying their service once said service is completed. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for clients that demand repeated changes to work or to the scope of the project after the proposal has already been agreed to.

 

Payments

Virtual products or services purchased through the website must be paid in full.

 Services that receive personalized quotes will contain the precise percentages, but a deposit of 50-60% is required before starting the project.

Once the final project is completed, the remaining balance is then immediately due. Balances must be paid upon receipt. Final files (logos, illustrations, etc.) will  be held until payment has been rendered. With the case of deliverables which must be presented, the final presentation file will be withheld until payment is rendered.

Final invoices which remain unpaid after 14 days will incur a 5% penalty unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
