A comprehensive audit of primary digital platforms (such as websites, main social media profiles, applications, etc.) that seeks to investigate how the existing content strategy and user experience aligns with their brand narrative, in both content and user experience.

      • With requested access to existing analytic data and using additional tools, we audit current SEO, engagement, and the user experience throughout the various platforms to understand their current state.
      • We research competitors and brands occupying a similar space and compare how the user experience differs.
      • We deliver a series of actionable recommendations with examples of changes that would align the brand’s digital presence with the brand narrative and improve the content strategy across all platforms – from website SEO to social media strategy suggestions to changes to branding.

We can then implement recommended changes for an additional proposal, working closely with the existing web development, social media management, and other teams as needed.

But once we understand what your goals are, what challenges you’re facing in your communication, and how your audience perceives you, we can begin the audit work.

Step 02

Deep-Dive into the Audit

Once we understand your current state and your goals, we begin the dive into your content. We investigate all your channels (client-facing as well as internal, if applicable), current and past social media and advertising campaigns, and more, and do an analysis of how your content aligns with your strategy and your goals.

Completed in approximately 1-2 months, depending on scope of work and documents to review.

We then provide an additional month of support to help implement the new strategy and changes, until everyone in your internal teams feels confident and comfortable implementing the strategy moving forward.
