Step 01
Alliance Application
Fill out the Strategysmith application as thoroughly as possible. If you would be a good fit for the Alliance we will reach out to you to coordinate the next steps, which include preparing your custom plan, scheduling a discovery call, and receiving any relevant material from you that you believe we should review prior to starting.

Step 02
Forge the Alliance
Once you secure your Alliance contract with us, you’ll be asked to send us all relevant information we may need – links to current social accounts, internal portals, market research reports, etc. Anything that is the basis of your current strategy.
At that point we begin Phase 1 of our process until we craft the Strategysmith Guide. This guide will set the tone for the remainder of our work together, it will be the North Star to every decision we make moving forward.
Completed in approximately 1-2 months, depending on scope of interviews and documents to review.

What is included in the Guide?
Your unique combination of 3-4 archetypes, your company’s plot, your audience segments and their archetypes, audience journey, and how to use your new narrative.
Examples and mock-ups of your new website, social media, and other platforms to align with your new narrative.
Suggested new elements you may never have considered that bring value to your audiences and further your story.
Step 03
Implement the Strategy
In Phase 2 we begin the Content Audit of all platforms (approximately 1-2 months) and then move forward into Phase 3, Narrative Implementation, the remaining 4-6 months.
